1. Products or Services Provided

We customise standard products with embellishments according to customer’s requirements.

Where items are stated as “hand appliqued”, we apply custom cut fabric to the garment with standard heat bonding then finish with hand sewing. Bunting embellishment is solely heat bonded to the bunting. There is no hand sewing on this item.

Clipboards are hardboard and Lemon Tree Trading custom cut the text from Premium Vinyl with a permanent adhesive.

2. Prices and Payment

All items are individually priced to reflect the cost base and complexity of work involved.

Some elements of customer choice (e.g., long sleeves, garment type, additional text) may incur an additional charge to reflect cost base increases. Where there are additional charges, they are outlined in the product copy and in the Customer Choice drop down boxes.

Gift wrapping incurs an additional (£3.50)

Postage and Pack is charged at £2.75 per order up the value of £30. Orders over the value of £30 carry free Postage and Packing.

The total cost to the customer including any Postage and Packing costs is shown at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

All of our items are custom made from customer orders. We do not hold finished goods in stock. We aim to have items custom created and with the customer within 5 working days. If delivery is delayed leaving our studio, we will email the customer to inform them of the delay

Delivery is by Royal Mail. It is not always possible for Royal Mail to provide tracking data.

4. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

All of our items are made to order. All items that are made to a customer’s specific requirements (i.e., not limited to but including colour, design, names, fabric choices) are bespoke and therefore non-refundable and cannot be returned.

An order can be cancelled as long as work on the item has not begun. Once we have begun making an item, amendments and cancellation will not be possible.

Due to the bespoke nature of the items we make, we can only replace items if they are damaged or defective in some way. Lemon Tree Trading will not be held liable for postage charges incurred in any return.

5. Complaints

If we have made a mistake with an order, customers should get in touch with us as soon as possible via our contact page. To enable us to look into the matter, the customer should include the order name and date and a focussed photo of the item and a description of the problem. We will then get in touch to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lemon Tree Trading’s liability is limited to direct damages (those damages that could not be avoided by breaching the contract) and will not be liable for any indirect damages that may occur

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Materials used in this website are the property of Lemon Tree Trading and are not to be reproduced for any other purpose.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of facilitating and processing orders. This data it then stored only on our email server.

We do not knowingly sell or share this data with any third parties.

From time to time there may be a need to send important notices such as changes to policies or terms and conditions

We use third-party analytics software to further improve customers experience on our website. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify customers within this page of Terms and Conditions  and by a notice on the website in general.
